Many people would like to make a six-figure income online, but are at a total loss as to how to approach the subject. We are always a little afraid of the unknown – that’s self-preservation, but we also have a desire to achieve more. This requires us getting out of our comfort zones, or not, and remain in a state of quiet desperation – the routine of go to work, go home, go to work, go home, go to work, go home, having more month than money, and wondering when the next shoe will drop. There are three basic steps you can take:
1.Find An Inexpensive Opportunity
You will have to do some earnest research. Start with a list of subjects that interest you – health, beauty, finance, cooking, eCommerce – whatever gets you excited! Now start researching opportunities in that field. Make sure you use credible resources, not Joe Schmoe from Somewhere, USA. Is there a contact number? What do the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the IRS, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and Dunn & Brad Street have to say? Stay diligent. Stay focused. Assign yourself a time when you do this everyday – just like you do at work. Depending on the industry, of course, investments will vary. Financial businesses require training and certification, hence a larger investment, but you should be able to find a viable business for $200 – $500. Also, be ware of large inventory requirements. Today, businesses are online, so why should you have to have a large inventory? Yes, you will need something to show, but $5,000 worth?!
2. Promote Your Opportunity With Article Marketing
Now you’ve found your opportunity. The next step is to promote it. There are many ways to promote your business, and I teach them in my training system, but what I like about article marketing is you give people something of value – information. Information is what most persons want! They’re tired of being told to “Join mine?” “Mine is the best!” Please, there many good network marketing opportunities available today. Educate people! We’re hungry for information! Yes, article marketing takes a little time, and the thought is flat out scary to you, but you do not have to be the world’s greatest author. If you have passion, conviction, and can speak from your heart, you can do it! Read Robert Kiyosaki’s books! He is the first to admit his grammar is weak. I don’t read Kiyosaki to learn English grammar. I read Kiyosaki to learn about making money. there are also tricks of the trade I can teach you!
3. Stay Focused and Consistent
The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Keep putting one foot in front of the other. Think about it. If you travel 999 miles and turn back, you travelled 1,998 miles for nothing, where as going one more mile would have taken you to your goal of 1.000 miles! Are there times you will feel like quitting? Yes. Write down your dreams and goals. Cut pictures out of magazines and put them up where you can see them every day! Keep your dreams and goals front and center. Don’t let ANYONE steal your dream! Not even the “I-can’t-do-it devil!
Follow these three steps, and you can achieve a residual six-figure income. Remember you’re working for long-term results. After all, this is the rest of your life we’re talking about here!
